First of all, thanks to all of you for your kind support towards this project. In less than 6 weeks we have databased around 300 books, and we hope with increasing number of users this would increase exponentially.
At this point of time, a few point have come forward that I would like to discuss with you all and ask you to give suggestions to improve that. To read about those please click the following link:
Bhuruka.org is planned as a community driven project to maintain a database of books of any language published from Assam. We have planned a lot many features for this website, but presently, we have added a barebone website which allows users to enter about any book.
At present the site is in a beta-testing phase and so, many functions are blocked. However, when you add any book to the main database, will be there in the final phase.
We have released it in beta phase, so that we can modify according to user feedback. So, please send all your suggestions to contact@bhuruka.org.

Few extra words
Thanks a lot to the users who have added valuable resources to the website. But, we noticed that a few links added are not working because of usage of comma and space in some places. Please note that this is a limitation of the code used and we are working to change that. So, till then please do not use any character other than numbers and letters in the user name, book name and author name. If anyone had space in their user name, please open another account. Feel free to ask for any help in the contact page.
